Nora started her career in New York as a prosecutor of sex crimes and child abuse, before entering private practice in white collar criminal defense, where she made partner while working on a part-time schedule. Nora eventually transitioned her career to finding alternative work arrangements, ultimately leading to the creation of Lexolution, LLC, a leading provider of temporary legal staffing services nationwide.
