Emily Waldman is a student and published spoken word poet in Toronto, Ontario. Passionate and opinionated, she writes often about her relationship with Judaism and spirituality. The self-proclaimed "liberal Jewish feminist on the debate team", she can usually be found taking pictures of her friends, drinking coffee and advocating for mental health awareness on social media. Writing, to her, is like oxygen; it lets her soul breathe.
