Riki is on a journey to integrate emotional and physical healing. As a lifelong stutterer and scoliosis survivor with rods in her back, Riki felt disconnected and alienated from her body. Through yoga and dance, she discovered ways to reclaim her body and to honor its unique ways of feeling and moving. She shares her love of body and its wisdom with her students, facilitating unique experiences to suit their needs, body dynamics, and goals. Writing + reading, yummy conversations, and being cradled by the Earth (as in dirt) are some of her very favorite things. Find more of her work at @andthatsokay.
